- 2-person room w/ shared bath – $150/night. Max $750
- 2-person room w/ pvt. bath VIP* – $1,490
- 2-person larger room w/ shared bath VIP* – $990
- 2-person smaller room w/ shared bath VIP* – $695

Refund Policy: If a refund is requested by midnight PT on the Gathering Refund End Date (see below), there will be a full refund less the $75/$175 reservation hold. After that date, there are no refunds for any reason.
If the Gathering is canceled, your funds will be held for any future CMEN gathering through 2025.
Reservation Transfer: Registration is fully transferable, for a $50 fee, to a man of your choice. You must notify registration@cmen.org by the Gathering Transfer End Date (see below) in order to make the transfer.
You will receive a confirmation email of your registration details upon successful registration submission, which includes your balance due. Please safeguard this confirmation email. To remit your gathering balance due, please go to CMEN Payments. Once there, select Gathering Balance Due, the Gathering name you are paying on, enter your personal information, and submit. You will receive a payment confirmation receipt which you will need to safeguard until after the gathering. You are responsible for paying your balance due by the posted Gathering Balance Due date. If not paid by the due date, you will lose your price guarantee, risk losing your selected accommodation, and may incur late fees.
