Prices include all meals, activities, shows, dances, and housing in a standard bunk cabin. Upgraded cabins are available.

Refund Policy: If a refund is requested by midnight PT on the Gathering Refund End Date (see below), there will be a full refund less the $75/$175 reservation hold. After that date, there are no refunds for any reason.
You will receive a confirmation of your registration details upon successful registration submission, which includes your balance due. Please safeguard this confirmation email. To remit your gathering balance due, please go to CMEN Payments. Once there, select Gathering Balance Due, the Gathering name you are paying on, enter your personal information, and submit. We ask that you safeguard your emailed payment confirmation receipt until after the gathering.

If the Gathering is canceled, your funds will be held for any future CMEN gathering through 2025.
Reservation Transfer: Registration is fully transferable, without penalty, to a man of your choice. You must notify CMEN via snail mail, postmarked by the Gathering Transfer End Date (see below) in order to make the transfer.
