Refund Policy: If a refund is requested by midnight PT on the Gathering Refund End Date (see below), there will be a full refund less the $75/$175 reservation hold. After that date there are no refunds for any reason.

If the Gathering is cancelled, your funds will be held for any future CMEN gathering through 2024.

Reservation Transfer: Registration is fully transferable, without penalty, to a man of your choice. You must notify CMEN via snail-mail, postmarked by the Gathering Transfer End Date (see below) in order to make the transfer.
