4. Meals are NOT included with the free registration. There is no obligation to buy a meal package, you can still enjoy the event for FREE!!

Meals are NOT available for purchase on site- if you want a meal card, these must be pre-registered at the time of registration.

Regular registration price includes all activities, tent camping space, hot showers and other available facilities. Optional upgrades for meals, bunk house space, RV space, transportation and linens must be purchased in advance.
$75 deposit holds your place. Balance due August 1, 2019. Deposit is non-refundable, but is transferable to another person for the same gathering with written notification by August 1, 2019. In order to transfer, you must send by U.S. MAIL ONLY the new person’s registration form and a written acknowledgment from you authorizing the new person to attend in your place.
Refund policy: Before July 1, 2019, Full refund less $75 deposit. After July 1, 2019, no refunds for any reason. You must be at least 21 years old and male to attend this event.
